Just got back from 4 days of camping where i never started my truck a single time. My jackery 1000 ran my arb 50 the entire time. It was hot like 100f hot and my fridge was inside the hot truck Which was even hotter. It was down to 11% when we left and a ~3 hour drive put it back to about 50%.
on my way back from camping and decided to pull into the CAT scale. my gvwr is 8565 and front gvwr is 4750 and rear is 6200. really did not seem like I had that much stuff adds up fast. I weighed on the same scale with just the GFC camper a while back.

I thought about putting these on my gfc to charge my jackery but worry about the heat on the roof panel. I wonder how much heat transfers to the surface they are mounted to
I found a great deal on a gfc so went that way works great. Surprisingly has not affected mpg. I just drove 1000 miles yesterday and drove interstate speed limits and still around 15mpg. Now I'm Minnesota where speeds are slower probably get better yet
just talked to a buddy who just got a new XXL evo (like just off the ship) he said it is not on the new ones because it was only there for letting air out while putting the top down and he was told to just leave the flaps on zipped.
