Well that was my point, however I think the max size on with for the type of trails I do would be 5 ft. maybe I should extend one foot and make it a 5x9x5.5 or I wonder if a 5x10x5.5 would be better with a slider plate on bottom to protect the rear!
Or just get the 5x8x5.5 and go on with life...
Thanks for the info, I just need it to be sure, mild trails in Sedona, Grand Canyon, The White Rim Trail at Utah. nothing too crazy. Oh! I will be towing with Lexus LX-450.:wings:
I am placing an order for an Overland trailer and would like to hear your comments on the above sizes. Sleeping sifeways or sleeping from back to front?
Everybody has a different perspective in life. I enjoyed the video, I have done The White Rim Trail, and I still enjoy looking at Photos and videos.
I do not think I will ever get bored of the Area.
Thank you for posting!
Good points, I also saw the review on a RUNAWAY CAMPER seems very similar to the Hiker Trailer, they make a RangeRunner 6x5 wide for a great price 4995.00, Not for rockcrawling but they look very well made!
It is nice to have choices in this great market!
Here are the specs: Runaway...
nice trailer, I have been looking at them too, I also saw the review of a WWW.WEEROLL.COM from the EXPO east they seem very durable and you can stand inside. The only draw back is the ground clearance of 13"'
