Bench seat to bed options and sliding window options

I was going to use these in a previous rig to support a larger bed platform that I setup as needed as I’ve never slept well on bench seat beds that fold back. Check out rock and roll bench seat beds, they’re better than the standard fold back seat beds.

Bench seat to bed options and sliding window options

I recently posted some info on Yukon / Tahoe seats here: https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/sources-for-fold-down-rear-seats.222667/

Another ambo, a 4x4 w/ links to site that sells these rigs

Hey, give ‘em a break they’re a small FD that’s about to be swamped with bids from Portland area vanlifers!

Another ambo, a 4x4 w/ links to site that sells these rigs

Hey that’s cool. I believe the 26k mileage. Sauvie Island is a small farming/beach area north of portland. Probably saw a quiet life.

Lifted ‘04 Lexus GX470 in the PNW, $23k

I bought my GX two years ago for half of that $ here in Oregon. Demand was increasing even then. I had an email alert setup, called the day it popped up, and was at the dealer signing forms as the phone was ringing and they’re saying “someone’s here buying it right now”. PNW Adventure Tax for...

Lifted ‘04 Lexus GX470 in the PNW, $23k

Bolting on a standard lift kit, roof rack etc. does not make this GX one of a kind. Price is top dollar for an early GX with the less powerful motor, 177k, and a salvage title

    Nissan Primastar camper build

Yeah, the bigger/outer section with the bearings should separate from the smaller/inner section that mounts to the drawer. SOME heavy duty slides do not separate, which makes it a pain to install the slide to the box then extend and install the drawer to the slide.

    2014 E350 SMB $125K

$125k and “There is no furnace in this unit. We use 12 Volt Electric Blankets, a Mr Buddy”?!

    4wd Shortie in Colorado

Live that overlander dream! “Ideal for alternative housing situations and stationary as this baby is a gas guzzler with 7-9 miles per gallon and the rear brake light is out.”

    4x4 GMC 5500 Oilfield (?) Bus

I think I saw someone post that on expo months ago when the previous person was selling it? The rust along the bottom was the thing I remembered.

1974 Unimog in NorCal with 1959 Firetruck box

It is interesting... But, as soon as someone puts rims on and describes the “wrapped” tires, I’m out.

    1997 7.3 F-350 4x4 Ambulance, 60k original miles, $38,000

Wow. I think it’s time to start hoarding the ambo boxes I find on craigslist for a couple grand. Then buy a bunch of four-wheel-drive pick ups and bolt the boxes on. The average overlander really doesn’t care about most of the ambo stuff in the box anyways, or the miles of wiring.

    Toyota Dyna LY161 Firetruck

Would be great to see an RV shell on the back of one of these and tied into the cab.

1999 Ford E450 4x4 7.3 Diesel Former FBI Command Center 12k miles (Ebay Auction)

What’s up with the sketchy description for a Chinook? I’d take this thing’s aluminum box frame over the flimsy fiberglass chinook any day. These MOOs are cool, like an ERV with more good stuff.

    2003 Four Winds Majestic 4x4 Ford 7.3 6 speed 202k miles $35k

That would be great for a ski resort tour. Engine/drivetrain swap on an RV isn’t too common.

    1997 7.3 F-350 4x4 Ambulance, 60k original miles, $38,000

This one popped up in OR and sold in a couple weeks for 28k. Lots of recent maintenance records from the owner.

    1997 7.3 F-350 4x4 Ambulance, 60k original miles, $38,000

Yeah, they’re rare. Surprisingly I’ve seen a couple in the past month. This govdeals ambo just sold for 17k. Hard to say from the description what was really wrong with it. Could just need a service or have bigger engine/trans issues. “This ambulance does have some known mechanical issues that...

    1997 7.3 F-350 4x4 Ambulance, 60k original miles, $38,000

Hey, cash out while you can. It’s all about the marketing spin! Helps this one is on the west coast.

    1997 7.3 F-350 4x4 Ambulance, 60k original miles, $38,000

Seems like a fair price with demand these days, OBS and the 7.3, pre smog too. I saw a 2000 with 90k and the 7.3 go for 28k recently. Some people really like that older style, and the ability to register it in CA...
