I entered the 2019 Baja XL rally in my Xterra. We were the only Nissan (there were more Volvos!) in about 100 entries. After 10 days and 2892 miles, we finished 12th in the GPS race category. Stunning scenery and amazing people made this and incredible event. The Xterra held up well - lost a...
The free "basic map" option will be available for download 11/15 and the Orux maps software is also free from Google Play. I plan on playing with that to see how it looks. I have purchased the delux option from Bamako and already had the Baja Almanac. Debating on taking an iPad / Gaia as plan B.

2002 Aliner Sportliner trailer with custom lift. Trailer is in great condition, light weight, easy to tow, and ready to camp. Pops up easily and quickly. Lift is a Timbren axle less system with 2000 lb springs and 3500lb axles. Electric trailer brakes with round, 7 pin connector. Diamond...
That is exactly what I did - the system is built to accept 2" square tubing. It is not very clear in the pictures in my link, but the one where the paint is ground off for welding, you can see the square end of the cross tube protruding from the Timbren piece.
I used the 4" lift version on my Aliner. Not really hardcore off road like some of the trailers here, but I am impressed with the system.

I used Timbren part # ASR2KHDS03 which is 4" lift, wide tires, 2000lb springs. Only been out once so far but like it a lot - big improvement. Seems to bounce less, obviously has much better clearance. Only minus is that I can no longer see over the top of it through the rear view mirror in...
Some "before" shots of the interior. No refrigerator, no a/c, no pressure water.
The table has been removed and plywood used to make the bed permanent - which makes good storage underneath. The ice box has been removed and is now storage (IndelB refrigerator is in the Xterra), a new faucet...
Our 2003 Aliner Sportliner on its first trip since the lift.
Close up of larger (14 vs 13") wheels with new All Terrains (195/75R14).
Timbren system being welded on - 4" lift with 3500lb spindles and 2000lb springs (Timbren part # ASR2KHDS03) to match trailer GVW. There was an additional...
