If I were going to be out that long I'd get a much heavier bag than I have and use the heater to warm up the tent before sleep and then to warm up when I wake up.
On my last trip, I used a can over the course of the evening. I would turn it on heat up the tent and shut it off . Sleep for a while , get up pee, turn it back on for 15 minutes, repeat a couple more times. I think the can ran the last two hours on low from 6A to 8A

I use a small Kovea heater on a wooden board (for stability) in my RTT. I put a small fan over the heater to circulate the air. Otherwise all the heat will get trapped at the top of the tent. The tent heats up very quickly...
43 amps on the Jackery vs 100 amps for a GP31 battery not much of a comparison. One could easily buy 10 years or more of Gp 31 batteries for the cost of one much less powered Jackery.
Some pictures from a recent trip on the Camino Del Diablo. Other than putting 26" tires on the trailer, I need to figure out how to get it to ride level. I'm thinking a 4 inch riser either on the truck side or on the trailer side. Whatever works the best.
Just a reminder, the tongue box is not dust proof. After 200 miles on the Camino del Diablo the box was filled with dust and the items I had on top were covered in sand.
I don't know why you would want to disable your tow points. Why not just mount the lights on the bumper and not make things more complicated than it needs to be.
