You might be able to get some inexpensive used ones from someone parting out an old camper. Check local junkyards for toppers with a missing back window and salvage the side windows for yours.

Maybe total composites could offer an add on box kit made with offcuts. It would be a 4 sided box bonded to the outside of the existing design with a hatch door cut through from the inside for access.

Have you contacted spacekap for their mounting system? They have one for most of the new vehicles. There is a spacer that fits in the bed and vehicle specific stainless plates that fit under the bed rails for the clamps to compress down on so that it doesn't distort the bed rails.
