    Ram Rebel TRX

I don’t think a fully loaded Raptor is anywhere near $99k. The Base TRX is $76ish I think. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not going to lie, it’s a pretty sweet ride. But fully loaded is $99k and change. So ... I’m out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Awning height? 270 awning on mid height bed rack

At your height, I’m honestly surprised you even fit in a Tacoma. Again, I would not put an awning on the way you want. I’d see if the rack manufacturer has a solution. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Awning height? 270 awning on mid height bed rack

Your truck your decision. That would be a deal breaker for me though. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Thoughts on the new Tahoe Z71/Yukon AT4?

The price for a well equipped Tahoe/Yukon absolutely deters me from ever wanting one. TFL just posted a video of a Z71 Tahoe that was priced at $78k. Sorry but I’m not spending that on a GM. A German car sure. But not on a GM. The interiors, no matter how well appointed, still feel cheap when...

Thoughts on the new Tahoe Z71/Yukon AT4?

They look better than the old body style I think, personally. I was hoping that the market would force prices lower and dealers more eager to deal but my experience lately has been that they are still operating as if they can’t keep cars on the lot. As far as the new design, I think it’s...

    Kimberley Kampers new US Rep

It will be nice to see an additional option offered in the states now. There is/was a guy here in Atlanta that had one. I got a chance to check it out and I was impressed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

how many 6.7 cummin 2013- owner got emission related problems?

I have a 2014 3500 with 90k miles. I have not had any issues. I rarely tow though. I do have a Nox sensor that keeps dinging the check engine light though. I just reset it with my scanner and it stays off for a few months. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Experience of Daily driving a Ram HD on 37s+ with small lift

So they don’t technically “add” payload. Does that mean you can’t over load a bed and use airbags safely? No, but at some point you’re risking it. Airbags are great for people who have lightened their springs for a better ride, but still want to tow. The bags will help carry the load as if the...

Experience of Daily driving a Ram HD on 37s+ with small lift

Adding air bags, with daystar cradles will bring your payload and towing back up. Using Daystar cradles you’ll be able to get the benefits of the Carl/Thuren ride while still being able to tow heavy. Guys on here do it all the time. If towing and payload are your main goal while wanting the...

Experience of Daily driving a Ram HD on 37s+ with small lift

I’m currently in a 3500 with the AEV DS on 37s. Love it. It rides rough on the stock springs though. So I plan on swapping the springs and shocks. Handling is better due to the flipped drag link. The total height of the truck on just 37s is just under 84” I think it’s 82.5 on my Nitto RG...

Check out this companies offerings. Gentle tent. They have a bunch of inflatable options.

I’ve always thought this was the evolution of roof top tents. But there are a few issues with this design. 1.) the fabrics will not breath. It appears to use the same vinyl in the air beams as the tent fabric basically creating an oven. That would suck to sleep in, even with those windows...

Wife needs indoor accommodations....what is worth buying?

If you need plumbing, nothing is going to stand up to much abuse. If however a cassette/porta toilet is doable, the options are opened up some. A conqueror would be most secure while also being more durable than a traditional travel trailer. The build quality on them is fine, but it’s not...

Ram 1500 AEV Recruit, anyone drive one?

If I recall a recruit has been converted to a 2500 dog house (hood, fenders, grill, and then the AEV bumper) then they add the AEV 1500 lift, add badging, and AEV 1500 wheels. So, yes if you like the front end, the lift can be replaced if ever needed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Ram 1500 AEV Recruit, anyone drive one?

Depending on the suspension it’s a good deal or a lemon. I’ve heard of major issues with the air ride on the 1500 equipped with an AEV lift. If it’s just the normal front end you’re GTG. But if it’s 50% off MSRP and only has 15k miles, my money is in it being a Lemon. They are a really good...
