When you use any composite panel you need to seal any protruding items. Fresh water spigot and drain..... Hoses to the water heater..... Water connection now finished.

Almost finished with this one..... albeit only a big tongue box..... but any composite with a medium in center will make for a great sammich board. I would use 3/4 or 1 inch polyurethane foam board. You can pillage them at any hardware store. Either pink or blue. Polystyrene us too susceptible...

12 gallon water tank and it's old bracket was modified and installed.

50 watt solar panel installed with 2 inch velcro. Note the gaps on the top and bottom. I am trying to keep the panel cool with a little convection circulation. About 5mm high.

Battery box and AGM installed.....

If you pull the pin on one of the straps, and then jack the trailer with the OEM jacks, just remove the spring and let one side drop. Smity says you can use 35's, but the stock 33's are pretty close when you push it.
