When you use any composite panel you need to seal any protruding items.
Fresh water spigot and drain.....

Almost finished with this one..... albeit only a big tongue box..... but any composite with a medium in center will make for a great sammich board.
I would use 3/4 or 1 inch polyurethane foam board. You can pillage them at any hardware store. Either pink or blue.

50 watt solar panel installed with 2 inch velcro.

If you pull the pin on one of the straps, and then jack the trailer with the OEM jacks, just remove the spring and let one side drop. Smity says you can use 35's, but the stock 33's are pretty close when you push it.
