Of that “era”!? Dude it was 15 years ago. It’s not like it was decades ago.
I’m sure there are guys out there still turning wrenches that know that platform.
Hell GM just quit making new parts for those recently.

Really? As in the newest body style forward or did they start mid way through production?
We’ve got a Q5, but have been considering an upgrade to a Q7.

If I remember, Chevy for a short time had rear wheel steer assist. The rear moved like 5 or 10 degrees to help back up a trailer.
I’ve certainly had my 3500 in a few spots where if I had rear steer it wouldn’t have been an issue at all.

It appears from the photo that there is a seam running the length of the ridge. I would address that seam and see if it needs new seam tape or seam sealer. That should solve the issue.
Having said that, it’s not uncommon for flys to “wet out” and leak in heavy or extended rain. As previously...

It’s not going to be cheap though.
If you want light, you’ll need 800+ down. If you want warm you’ll probably need 17+ oz of fill, depending on quilt dimensions. And then there is the fabric. You’ll want a down proof poly, and I’d shoot for something that’s less than...
Has anyone seen this yet?
If you could do a PCOR tray with a canopy of this style, ie bed included instead of a RTT, it would probably be the best solution.

The cost is really going to depend on fabric and fill power.
A 900+ hydrophobic down fill will be $$$$$. But a regular run of the mill 600+ won’t be very expensive, but it will be very heavy.
Fabric cost will also differ with performance requirements and weight.
Last I heard though zpacks...
Well actually, thinking more about it, you could leave the tent on and get those Thule or Yakima adjustable bars.
Raise the tent when you want the bike, and lower it to fit in a garage without the bike.
