Anyone know of a RTT size or custom order UL goose down quilt?

Hammock gear won’t make a custom one? They made me one, 5 or 6 years ago though. Try zpacks, underground quilts, feathered friends, and maybe Dutch wear gear could give you some ideas too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Help Roof Top tent over bed with Motorcycle underneath Dodge 2500

Oh, didn’t see this. Impossible task to fit a bike and a tent AND keep it below or at level of cab height for low parking garages. Either put the bike on a hitch mount and mount the tent on any number of bed rails, or don’t take the bike. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ford Raptor for Overlanding

The 6.4 hemi is pretty darn perfect as far as power and reliability. But I’m a straight 6 CTD guy. It’s hard to beat the perfection of a CTD. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Help Roof Top tent over bed with Motorcycle underneath Dodge 2500

I’m confused. Do you want a bed rack that will carry a RTT AND fit a motorcycle underneath in the bed? Or at you looking for a rack to go over a bed cover? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ford Raptor for Overlanding

I’m pretty sure a raptor is wider than an F250 since all Fords share the same bodies and a raptor has a wide body kit on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Knockoff iKamper

Recently I saw a post for a knockoff iKamper for sale and was intrigued by the changes from the iKamper original design. So with a little google-**** I found this: http://rockytent.com/big.asp?pid=53 It seems to have better windows and a larger roof opening and a more “aggressive” looking...

AEV Prospector XL Flatbed Adventure Rig

Those MPT81s will ride like utter dog poop. Those are meant for much heavier vehicles and I bet you’ll be lucky if you’re pushing 10,000 lbs fully loaded with a camper. Therefore you won’t have the weight to properly squish the tread. This will also cause very poor performance off road as...

2015 RAM 3500 DRW to SRW conversion - what backspace is needed?

If it is ½” difference, then you’re looking at a quarter inch side to side. That’s like 7mm. Run the same wheel on all 4 corners and save yourself money and headache. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

2015 RAM 3500 DRW to SRW conversion - what backspace is needed?

I’m pretty sure on a newer Ram the axle length is negligibly larger on a DRW. We are talking millimeters not inches. I want to say it’s less than an inch difference. Which when you consider it’s centered the same you’re looking at less than half an inch on each side. If so, Id run the same...

    Anything changing with James Baroud?

Yes. See posts above as to my reasons why. I don’t want some giant ****** awning sticking way up in the air on the side of my truck. I want enough shade and cover for a changing/guest area and a covered square back for cooking and eating. Plus I’ll keep my other 78” awning on the other side for a...

Question for the hard shell RTT folks

Something definitely went wrong then. If there was standing water in it the vent leaked. That’s a warranty claim if you ask me. I assume it was James Baroud? If so, call Adventure Ready. They are the new JB rep. https://adventure-ready.com/contact/ Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Question for the hard shell RTT folks

Was the vent fan left on when closed? Could have created a negative pressure pulling rain water in when driving or if the fan was left on reverse could have pulled water in from the top. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
