Mounting the fridge right behind the front seat with access from the rear doors?

Not exactly what you describe but on one of our trips, I folded the driver side portion of the rear seat down and put our ARB 50qt there for the duration of the trip. It was easy to get into, I think I did tilt my driver seat back forward slightly while parked to make access easier, but seemed...

The Big O JKUR build thread

Nice build!! I need to do the headlight adjuster fix, just tricky with the ARB bumper with hoop and winch. Guess I'm just being lazy!!!

Thanks. I could have done the same as well but just don't want the hassle from the dealer, and I have the Lifetime warranty on my JK. Plus, I paid Trucklite for a product, I want the damn thing to work!! back at ya!

This +1000! I had an electrical issue that I wanted the dealer to check out, turned out to be nothing, but showing my Service Advisor that all the accessories on my JK were hooked to the Aux battery, was enough for him. I told him it was done that way intentionally to avoid any issues and he...

Tell that to the dealer when you try to warranty something on the electrical system. Your method is a jury rig at best. The anti-flicker module has been known to fail for reasons other than the connection.

Why cut things on an almost brand new vehicle when Trucklite will replace it for free??

For sure make sure it's secured well, the definitely do not like to dangle at all and also make sure it's not up against the PS reservoir hard line as it gets very hot.

It's the Anti-Flicker module most likely, I've been through a couple of them. Contact Truck-lite and they will get you a new one, their customer service is pretty stellar actually. The last one I received had much better plugs.

JK Wrangler 3.8l vs 3.6l Pentastar

Just so you know, it's not just the engine/transmission, the whole thing feels better built, quieter, and more solid overall. Even the seats are more comfortable!

Dstock's M101A1 build... or the reality, I needed a new project!

Thanks! Glad you like it, I was inspired by all the builds on here or I never would have undertaken the project. It's a constant work in progress, and I have been modifying a few things that I will update shortly.

JK Wrangler 3.8l vs 3.6l Pentastar

And those of us that have had both, and have driven both for a significant amount of time, i.e. a couple-few years of each, will say it is a OMG pentajesus difference. It's also a given that this argument will continue forever despite the fact those of us with actual experience between the two...

The shudder issue was related to the torque converter in the previous auto transmission, I've not heard of anyone having the issue with the current auto. For sure grinding coming from the front end isn't right...hopefully they track that down for you.

Isn't that just a pre 2012 JK issue? My 2010 had it, my 2013 does not.

Olympian 5500 Propane Grill, anyone have one?

Thanks for the info! I've never had any luck with any of those auto starters on pretty much every grill I've owned so that doesn't worry me. With all the fire restrictions around here charcoal isn't an option so hoping this one will do the trick.

Olympian 5500 Propane Grill, anyone have one?

Haven't seen the Olympian 5500 propane grill mentioned in any of the threads, but curious if anyone has one and how they like it? Looking for a grill that has a transport bag and can mount to the side of my trailer when in use. This seems to fit the bill. Here's a link...
