I have a shell for my big truck made out of canvas from can-bac. It does not let any water go through, the trick is ..it is vinyl backed canvas. a good quality tightly woven canvas will repel water but eventually soak through.

nice thought on welding the two boxes together but the metal is still to thin, you would tear the boxes to pieces right next to the welds. A sub frame is still required to handle the hits the trailer will be taking..... Thomas

Camo is my favorite as well. I dont like all the bright colors they make gear out of. If I want to be seen or found, I'll push the button on my spot. Otherwise I want to be invisible. Nice looking truck by the way......Thomas

I have two of the older water style cans and after a year the liner was showing rust spots. I like the cans but the quality of the liner sucks. I keep water in mine 24/7/365 as emergency supply. I would like to have the cans redone on the inside.
