They are pretty rare in the US. If there are any available, Russ at Gwagen USA would know where. You'd probably have better luck finding a Europa Int'l G500. They predate the MBUSA G500's; and have less nannies built in. They have more power than the G320, and will still get about the same...

The parts are no more or less expensive than parts for any MB vehicle. They can be had for as little as 25% off MBUSA's MSRP, if you shop around. If you don't, your local dealer will probably charge "Matrix Pricing", which is MSRP plus a markup of as much as 100%; and MBUSA approves of this...

I am sure they do. I exchanged the mid-exhaust resonator for a straight through pipe on my 2000 (pre-MBUSA) G500, and the exhaust is much louder, like a 1960's US V8. Ergo my truck's nickname - "Deep Throat".
