This will be an insane setup haha :) The only other forward facing lights I have in my mind for the future is possibly the B.D. Stealth 40'' light bar mounted under my future Rhino Rack. But this is after many other things haha

Correct, we fitted this JB GrandRaidXXL last year in Moab. The JB tent mount channels run 25 1/4" apart and the slat openings of the AEV rack are almost exactly 25" allowing a perfect fit. Between the platform dimensions and mounting ease, it is like they were made for each other. OP, Feel free...

I have not witnessed the Baja Designs HID's in person, only a few Hella and VisionX lights. The B.D. Squadron Pro Fogs are awesome and hands down my favorite "cube" light. Great guys at B.D. when it comes to customer service as well. And as promised an action shot! Sorry work has been nonstop...

Yes that would be my co-worker Craig and excellent. We have had several people that have mentioned the extra length needed. Currently we only offer the Grand Raid XXL in a longer length, but hope to have more offerings in the future. We have also have several prototypes of "softer" strut ideas...
