You can. I have a couple of Motos, including a saber that I mostly use for SAR. Strong, well made radios, and if you can handle not having them programable, they're fine. Especially at that price
Depends - what version of VHF are they?
Also, they require expensive and hard to get (legally) software to program - and a 'RIB', radio interface box to connect the radio to the computer.
Parts and accessories are also not cheap.

For 'reliable' HF comms you need to use something like ALE - automatic link establishment, which is a computer controlled transceiver that continuously polls a number of different (pre-established) HF frequencies on different bands to find a solid link - then sends your digital message.

This recipe is from Bon Appetit... Its a bit involved for cooking in the field, but the rub is pretty good by itself!
INGREDIENTS
SPICE RUB
1/2 tablespoon whole white peppercorns
1/2 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
2 tablespoons plus 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons coarse sea salt...
It sounds weird, but I've been very, very happy with my Big-O Bigfoot ATs':

I'm on my fourth set (on my Yukon, they've all I've used since the factory tires were replaced), I get around 50K mixed on/off road...
I shake my extinguishers every month - and if you're careful about it, you can feel the powder moving in the bottle....plus, I've actually tried a few that have been abused in vehicles (in fire prevention / fighting classes when I taught basic search and rescue). So, I'm not too worried.
Where...
It says it's UL listed, but doesn't give a rating in the ABC format?
DOT2Q is a pressure vessel rating (not a fire extinguisher rating), and not a particularly good one for a vehicle fire extinguisher: http://www.chemaxx.com/aerosol12b.htm
At least one of my extinguishers says it's pressure...
By the way, getting some training in using fire extinguishers is a good idea.
Check with the local FD, consider taking CERT training, or find a OSHA instructor.
Depends. That Kidde (which, btw, isn't much of an extinguisher, being made mostly of plastic) has been proven to extinguish a 10 sq foot oil fire by a UL certified testing lab. Thats what the 10B rating means. I don't buy extinguishers based on price, or on weight of fill - I buy on the basis...
And if you're not going to set up your radio correctly with 10' (or whatever) of coax, what makes Firestick think you're going to set it up correctly with their magic wire?
I run Evans in my gasser Yukon (350cid), MBZ300D, my Excursion with a 7.3 PSD, and my diesel generators....I'm a beliver, I'd use it in my pickup (6.4PSD) if it wasn't under warranty and wouldn't be replaced.
The science and engineering behind it is solid, as far as I'm concerned. I haven't...
