Down bags are the only thing I use backpacking. Lighter weight, larger comfort range temperature wise, better compressability. Never had issue with getting it wet, even in the nasiest of rain storms. Just be careful.
Check out REI for down bags. They have a huge selection.

You're going to find it's a lot of trial and error. I say this because alot of things said above, I could say the opposite. We used cheap wipes from Costco with great success, never used a crib and rarely used a high chair. She hated pacifiers, so we never had one. She refused to be...
Congrats Louis! It's a blast to have the kids along. They remind you of how cool the smallest things really are. I can sit by a creek for hours with my daughter and just look at rocks or rearrange them to alter the current of the water.
Zoe is at a stage now where she likes to help with camp in...
.357 revolver gives you some ammo choices. You can use .38 special, .38 +P and .357 magnum.
I'm with you on the ease and reliablility of revolvers. I have a S&W 686 .357 magnum with 4" barrel and my wife has the S&W airweight .38 special. Both are good shooters and the kick is minimal. You need...
Uhh, when were you in Tucson running the Gap and where was the invite?
Also, 11k seems low for a 100, am I wrong? I've never priced them though, so maybe I am wrong.
I have that pack in orange. Very awesome pack! Comfortable and tough. I've done many trips with it from 1 night to 8 nights. I've had mine around 10-12 years.
Someone buy this! It's a smoking deal and you won't be disappointed in a Dana pack.

I have one of the Coleman grill/stove combo's. Been using it for around 5-6 years. It's an awesome stove! I can put a 10" frypan on the burner for eggs and cook sausages on the grill. It also came with a griddle that can replace the grill.
As long as you don't need 2 actual burners, you're good...
Thanks Kurt.
I installed per the intstructions (if I read them right :ylsmoke: ) and put the 100a fuse between the main batt and the solenoid, then put the 50a fuse between the solenoid and aux batt. I have a winch, but haven't finsished the install yet. The Luna manual says to hook the winch...
Kurt, have you combined batts on the Luna kit for a jump start yet? The manual says it may blow the fuses if you don't wait for a few minutes. Any experience there?
