I think this is the case because they feel that they are constantly having to defend that right. Just as the anti-gun establisment is afraid of guns, the pro-gun establishment is afraid that the right or rights (one at a time...as in Chicago)...

I don't believe there is a way to tighten the tensioner. It's a self-adjusting tensioner.
I only use OEM belts, but when the weather gets cold mine will usually whine some. I use spray-on belt conditioner, and it will usually quiet the belt for a while.

I didn't think it would make that much difference, but it did. I correct my Scangauge for the speed by 5%; i.e., my speedometer shows 5% faster than I'm actually traveling with the 4.9s and 33" tires (285/75/16).
