The cover has held up well. I do clean it often but it is outside in the Pennsylvania weather uncovered. I do wipe it wit armor all several times a year to keep it pliable.

Always grease the roller bearings on install. Never trust the EZ lube spindles like in the video. I went with a 7 pin connector on my M101A2 but do not have brakes.

They are not broken. My 1990 M101A2 has the same flat ends at the wrap. Both sides and both ends. The shorter leafs are angle cut though.
