On the abs light make sure all the sensors are plugged in, try unplugging them and plugging them back in. I would also check and make sure they are all pushed in the sensor holders at the wheel ends. You might have one that came out slightly.
A flash wouldn't hurt for the latest and greatest in Allison transmission control but it sounds as if the adaptives weren't reset, always have to do that on a new trans install or you get some weird shifts until the TCM has relearned the trans and your driving style.
I agree with noibn. Having an Allison dealer put one in will probably be the cheapest both in time and money. Medium duty drivetrain swaps can get expensive real quick.
I've seen some military beadlock rims on ebay that are 20" 8 lug. Try looking for GMC Kodiak or medium duty stuff, alot of them had 8 lug wheels. Just looked on ebay, there are some 20x11 rims in the 8 lug variety.
Use the same method of mounting the military did. It works, is simple to work on, and is paid for. Offroad those trucks could haul 5 tons, 10 tons on road. Is your camper box really going to weigh 10k pounds?
My kids watched the first Cars movie not too long before I drove through western AZ with them and they were totally into the Route 66 part of that trip. They still talk about it years later.
