What 32-33" Tires are you running on your JKU?

Falken just announced a new tire that I think has a lot of potential, at least in my application, which is a lot of rock, with lots of highway in between, the Wildpeak AT/3W. They probably won't be anywhere near available for 6-8 months but Falken is promising a wide variety of sizes in D...

What 32-33" Tires are you running on your JKU?

LT285/70R17s on stock wheels has a strong possibility of rubbing on the rear sway bar links, enough to possibly puncture on extreme articulation. The taller (34") LT275/75R17s on stock wheels seem to clear as I've been told but the availability just sucks as there are only about three tire...

Mid to upper end handheld GPS?

I really like that setup! I'll double check the installed memory on the iPad and start looking for a hard case for it. I have a bracket that should mount a RAM ball to the left side of the grab bar above the glove box.

Mid to upper end handheld GPS?

I have had a couple of Etrex Vista (or as we referred to it, the worlds smallest artillery spotting/plotting computer) GPSs, and now have a Garmin 62, still all have too small a screen for vehicle usage. I'm looking for a hardshell case for my wife's soon to be re-purposed Gen I iPad. Anyone...

    Receiver mounted MFC carrier

What is the departure angle now in back? 8-9 degrees for 40-45"? I'd be concerned about it dragging over even modest ledges. Out West, even on something as tame as the Mojave Road you'd either tear it completely off, or bend it up into the tire. You might give some consideration to doing a...

    Overland Expo West 2015

Seriously? I've been going to northern AZ regularly for the last dozen years the one consistency has always been the complete inconsistency with the weather. We were in Flag last year, three weeks before OEXW '14 and it snowed 6" at Mormon Lake and that is why we book a hotel room in Flag...
