Nice purchase. Nothing better than straight cuts when ripped on the table saw. One other recomendation....A compound miter saw. Then you have all trim cutting covered. Looking forward to the build.

steelsoldiers.com can answer any Military questions they have a trailer section. as for off road couplers there have been several mods here on M116, M101a1, M101a2, M101a3 trailers. Just search and hunt for the best option. These are my builds they both share the same M116 frames...

I have found laser and plasma table cut metal tabs on ebay.

Very nice! I see so many people running wider tires that are not covered by a full fender. Throwing dirt and rocks at trailing vehicles and the tow vehicle too.

Tabs to mount the body is how I would go. See picture below.

Matching green paint with black steel wheels will finish off the trailer very nice.

Not sure of length ratio but a foot shorter would look proportional. That is unless you are mounting a spare or tongue box. What town in Pa are you from? That is a great view.
