I didn't have the Front Runner, mine had the Lone Ranger. But the set-up should be the same. The pump transfers fuel from the aux. tank to the main tank via the breather line... I personally would get a new pump. Don't be too concerned about fuel pressure, you don't need a high pressure EFI...
