Good start! Nice room on the tongue for a box, fuel or electric.
The box is a nice size. I would build the walls higher for more storage.
Axle swap is easy after you pick your wheels and length.

This looks like a custom military job. The frame is not of a 1101 or 1102 it has the surge system of a 101a2
appears to be a steel frame with aluminum deck and cage mounted onto it.
Dexter torsion axles with 8 on 6.5 Hummer bead lock rims.
If you wanted something quick you could this 2" ball mount.
