Wow. Serious open fire cooking. Problem with West coast is that open fires are not allowed almost anywhere, even charcoal can be a problem. But I really want to cook more with charcoal. I've been spoiled with propane and the convenience. My Weber Q 1000 is predictable and cooks a mean steak.

Cool find! Im in the middle of my Santana build. The normally aspirated 2.5 won't get u anywhere quickly with only 68hp! but enjoy it and have fun. Santanas dont get the love they deserve!
