For the upper coilover mount we bent 1.75inch tube and welded to the frame. We cut away some fender and made upper mounts.

We found the right front end of the frame had a crack in it amd needed repair. We also wanted to extended the frame out a bit to allow more space for the grill, winch and AC. Cut...grind...weld...repeat...

Attached covers and front of engine. Tightened up crank pulley to massive torque (60ft lbs plus 90 degrees).
