Well it weighs 25% less, has a painted head, is a bit shorter and it has a hole in the end. One thing that always strikes me about tools is the differences in hand feel and balance. It would be interesting to compare these. Is any of that worth $65? To some likely.
Holy cow, are we really now worrying about the condition of a too rough paved road in our high priced adventure vehicles? My last trip around the trail was this past June in a cheap rental car. I took a chance and got one without a winch! Got lucky I guess.
I know that I have upgraded shocks. I believe the springs are stock. I am more than happy with the ride. I dynamatted the cabin and it is conversational now. I do have a high pitch whine at certain speeds I am trying to track down as it seems to hit the resonant frequency of the cab.

Truck: The FUSO itself is pretty darn good. I suggest new shocks (springs are fine), a SRW conversion, soundproofing the cab, and some sort of suspension seats all for around 10k. This will meet all of your needs for as long as you want.

+1. It is the bike I recommend most to people. Change the front and rear suspension and add that cool rear aux fuel tank and that baby will be rock solid quite possibly for ever.
