Its actually a very solid well built churched up reinvention of an e-tool. I'd use it over an e-tool anyday. IMO it's better suited as a "wig splitter" than a recovery tool.

I have the DC power 270 amp. It works fantastically. Recharges both batteries faster and easier than the stock offering. If I remember it puts out more amps at idle than the stock alternator at full blast. IMO if youre running a DBS, especially with some group 31's this is a part of that...
NICE!! I love seeing other LJ's representing this thread! You could always put a slam lock latch on the drawer. They're fairly inexpensive, easy to install and you can get them with or without a lock. Have you always had the fold down tailgate? I'm still trying to sell mine if you know anyone...
