do it right once; run a dc2dc with mppt to a generic 100ah lifepo4 in the cargo area, you’ll have more power than you need and can easily replenish if no sun
fits a ford 99-07 at least, weight approx 150lbs and mounts to factory frame rails
the fitment is made for the ford (quarter panel / body lines) - but i suppose with a welder anything is possible
Exactly as title states; pick up in OC
$150 for a basically brand new battery - used it for approx 3 months as a starting battery and have used an agm specific charger since pulling it out of the truck
why selling? went bigger
thanks for looking
bump
$200 - im guessing the raw steel would cost near as much, come and get it someone in socal with an f250 or similar platform
does not include: front runner table or cans
since taking ownership:
arb front bumper with 16.5 warn
buckstop dual rear swingout
amp steps
frontrunner rack
37s
tjm raised air intake
king 3.0 shocks
500watts solar + 300ah lithium
and the list goes on
great start and platform for me to have inherited!
sorry for what is probably a simple question,
scenario:
when the panel is getting shaded/dusk - the battery reads 12.7 volts (as do the leads from the pv), but once it is night, the batt reads 12.9ish (odyssey agm)
am i to understand this as the batt will mirror the voltage being put out by...

Thanks for looking
id have to look up exact specs - but i believe all panels fall between 18-20v
so i understand that in scenario 1, the smallest panel is what will dictate the amp current coming in as the lowest common denominator (making it a 300w array) - but i dont know if it is “worth it” because of the...
1) 150w + 100w + 190w panels in series
vs
2) 190w + 190w panels in series
going in to a 40a mppt controller
which system will generate more amps at optimal conditions
its mostly because i am lazy, and cant seem to figure out how to do simple math, what i understand is this:
in system 1...
