Yes /no. Manual hubs best option. But not entirely needed. If you don't use manual hubs all the axles and stuff will be spinning all the time.

Personally I hope you get your asking price. GLWTS BTW - I doubt any of the Monteros I currently own have increased in value since purchase. The '93 (3.5 years ownership) and the '05 (6 years ownership) are daily drivers.

I inquired with the seller about the foam density (not the thin memory foam layer) on these and they replied with 1.4 lbs which means it is a soft rating. These types of foam generally don't last long and compress and stay compressed. I would recommend something more like this...

Admittedly it looks in great shape, essentially you have done maintenance to keep it in great condition, but you really should research pricing. KBB in excellent condition (top 3% of the vehicles for sale) is quite a bit lower than what you are asking. Unfortunately they are not Toyotas.

The PO of my trailer built it using a bead board paneling type material on the interior walls. It's warping pretty bad after 6 years. I'll be replacing most of it with 1/4" birch plywood.

Main interior fuse panel. I've only experienced the 2 ports active once jumpered as I mentioned above. Red wire.

Jumper the relay under the dash. I did it to mine a couple years ago. Makes both the rear and the one in the center cubby "on" all the time.
