Geron, thanks for the reply I looked into the montsaliner and am very intrigued. Have you tested it on any panels yet? Seems like it might even be a better option for myself as its about a 1/4 of the cost and I can pick colors. What info did you find that makes you think its the most UV...

A slightly silly exercise on a GMT800 Suburban, in the name of 'departure angle'

Love the idea of the roller. Cant tell you how often I've scrapped my receiver off the pavement/rocks. Keep us updated. And great mod for the electrical connector. Mine has been zip tied somewhere up under there for a while as I ripped it clean off about a year after getting the vehicle. Dont...

(Another) Forest Living Suburban Build Thread

Howd the welding go? Was thinking I might be needing a new bumper/hitch soon, mine is sagging quite a bit but cant figure out exactly why. Was going to try shimming down from the frame about 3/8-3/4" on the furthest bolt, and progressively moving forward. Just cant stand it sagging, especially...

Rear Air bags? Rayra, after much consideration I've decided to keep the design I'm going with. Your design would add the same amount of room if you were curious, I mocked it up, however definitely more supportive. The height I have now is 38 inches off the roof for a total of somewhere around...
