I didn't even set up the free XM in my truck when I bought it, lol
No clue what any of those stations play.
Lol, our whole camping playlist is country. Funny, I didn't start listening to it until I met my wife.
Some good tunes there for sure. I lean more to bluesy / southern rock as opposed to metal.
Depends on the mood I'm in too I guess... There's really a bit of everything in my library.
But as there's no Billie Eilish, TV Girl or Grimes, my kid would've said your playlist sucked too, lol...
You can get the locker w/ 3:31 or 3:55 gears on an 8.8. I think choosing max tow, powerboost or 3:73 gears defaults to 9.75.
The 22 Tundra was very nice. However, for what we use our truck for we felt the F150 was a better fit.
I do have that axle. I optioned Max Tow and that axle is part of that package.
I think it also comes on PowerBoost trucks....
So far it hasn't been an issue for me. (knock on wood).
But, honestly, if you have a few trucks on your list, drive em all and pick the one that's the best fit for...
Lots of good info at 14thgen.com I've got a '22 Ecoboost (3.5) w/ 30K miles on it so far.
Couple recalls but none powertrain related. So far it's been good overall.
I wonder since it's not a 'Land Cruiser' by name, if the GX550 will be in as much demand?
Personally, I think I'd probably look at them vs the Land Cruiser
As far as support, I suspect since it's a Land Cruiser there will be much aftermarket support for it.
The KTM's are pretty well know for being quite good offroad compared to their same size counterparts of other makes. An 890 Adventure R Rally is pretty appealing to me....
Big Rock Moto on YouTube has a few pretty good reviews of his own 890.
That time of year now where riding is pretty much done for the year. Been poking around YouTube checking out some videos. On the VStrom front, have you ever checked out TrailTrashADV? Just found it and was amazed what they took their Strom through!

Looking forward to seeing it. I almost get a I am legend feeling:
You can def off-road a full size SUV. I did it in my Suburban. Nothing crazy mind you. But how nuts do you want to get with a DD? Don't want to risk putting it out of commission.
No clue. Never really thought about the price in those terms. Personally, I guess just wait and see if the price makes in a player for me or a no go. Lots of factors for me to consider.
