    1st gen 1 - 1.5" lift?

budget is pretty flexible but I do not want to spend money that is unnecessarily. I don't mind spending money to get things right. I have read your and several other 1st gen build threads. Seems everyone is going for that 2.5 lift, which seems to bring on issues with the CV angles, and boots...

    1st gen 1 - 1.5" lift?

A couple months ago I picked up a 2003 Tundra Limited Access Cab. After 25 years or so of mostly jeeps I was looking for something different and we picked up a Northstar MC600 camper. We have had very good service from my wife's 04 Tacoma Prerunner, but we wanted 4wd and something a little...

Sub $400 1st gen front bumpers?

That is about the best you are going to find for an aftermarket bumper for a gen 1. When you take into account shipping you are looking at a minimum of $800 up to about $1450.

Possible front bumper option for the tundra.

Does the base kit include a winch plate? Can you add prerunner or bull bars to the kit? Depending on answers to these questions and pricing I am in.

After sizing up specialized's prices.....MOTOBECANE it is!

I understand the desire to shop there. Recently back on my MTB after a couple years of mostly running. Thankfully my 7 year old has decided he is a mountain biker so we are back in the game. During a glorious vacation trip to Brevard, NC and surrounding Pisgah we stopped at some of the local...

Campervan to Truck camper - anyone done it?

I carry an 1100# Northstar MC600 on my 2003 Tundra access cab. Only modification I did was to add timbren SES on the rear and some proper tie downs. We just finished a week and a half, 1791 mile trip including everything from interstates, backroads, dirt roads and a mild trail or two... truck...

TundraBirds Go! Picture Thread for Tundras and T-100s

I do not have a build thread. Keeping this one pretty stock, so have not seen a need. Happy to answer any questions. We have been down the trailer route in a couple different ways. So far we all like this concept better than a trailer. PM me if you have questions.

Show us your Toyota 4runner, tacoma or truck.

New to me 2003 Tundra Limited Access Cab. Will be my first Toyota build. Keeping things mild :smiley_drive: with a focus on carrying the slide in camper and trip taking with the family rather than "off roading". Need to find a front winch bumper and skid plates... that should be about it.
