I guess. I've lifted up the chassis by my rock sliders or bumpers with my bottle jack. No problem.
For a flat, that is most likely on road. The bottle jack is so much easier and safer.
For off road, I've always gotten the vehicle to a safe spot before screwing around with a tire. Once again...
Meh. My rope sat outside on the drum for 10 years. No issues. Recently used it to drag my fat truck after I high centered the rear axle. Just dragged the axle through crap. Actually a pretty tough pull.
The biggest issue with my rope is its stupid owner tearing it up.
Complicated question with too many variables. Long story short, its all about stress fatigue. On the front axle, for the most part, its truly rotational ("full float" style axle). In the rear, you'll have axial and lateral forces to deal with.
Either way, your larger tires will reduce the life...
Its a crap shoot, really. I've had to warranty one tire after my winch cable wrapped around it at 50mph (btw don't do this as this sucks significantly).

Agreed. HUGE safety and convenience increase. When you are SOL trying to un-SOL yourself, increasing safety factors and making life easier is what you want. When winching, you want things to go smoothly and safely because when it goes sideways, it goes REALLY sideways.

Looks like a decent truck. Install a Roof Top tent right over the bed. That way you can have it, but it isn't up high.
This is a great, lightweight, truck.
