Somebody should really build out that rig, would dig seeing another quad cab. Another example can be seen by looking up Peter Escamilla’s rig photo below. Or just buy mine and I’ll build again :).

I can’t recall on the DOT. He does do mostly government trucks I believe. He did say it’s only happened once before. Welder seems to have gotten it fixed.
