Pequod - A 2019 Ram Power Wagon Build

I'll post better pictures in a few days, but maple offroad sliders installed. No weird vibrations or anything. Super easy install with 2 guys, the weight and lenght would make for some funny balancing by yourself. I did order them wider, and normal height, so I did have to remove the rear...

    Anyone buy a Tremor yet?

Fixed for you. Just one locker, and an optional winch (which I don't know if its available yet)

I am! I run a small fridge, so yours may not even be close to fitting. It would also be a pain in camp. I have a baby seat, a dog, and a wife in my rig, so inventive use of space sometimes requires less than ideal placement.

The Unnamed - 2019 Ram Power Wagon Build

I have been doing some measuring on my 2019 - I am pretty sure a fridge could replace the center jump seat (which is honestly useless for someone to sit there with the shifter and dash... Considering making that move :)

Pequod - A 2019 Ram Power Wagon Build

Ahhh, ok. I still have the two holes in my bumper (that I plugged with trim plugs), I did not realize it attached at the bottom too. In ohio, they are also mandatory, but going away in july (law changing). I'm rolling the dice till then.

Here are some pictures with the lower removed Here you go! I don't see how you would not be legal with it removed! I think it would still mount?

Well... had some spare baja designs s2 sports laying around with a flood pattern. I cant say this is the most useful place for them, but I can definitely see under the front of my truck now?. And yes, the wiring is now cleaned up to my spod.

Yes, I used the tazer and kaodtech bypass harness. I outlined the install in this thread earlier, works like a dream. And no removing the dash!

Pequod - A 2019 Ram Power Wagon Build

Well... my 3 week old and momma were sleeping, so even though it's snowing, I decided to pull the air dam off... pretty straight forward, and it massively increases the front clearance. It also looks pretty good!

I still only have 3k miles on them, but in the rain and snow, they are excellent. Still dead quiet. Thinking about ditching them though and going larger!

I am going to have to find the email receipt... I know it was a canbus compatible bulb... I put them in, and boom, not a single problem! they are bright too, without being insane. I hope your arms are quad jointed, cause they were a pain to install... and you need 4 bulbs total... Edit -...

I just measured for someone else... 7'5" should allow you to clear... Its really like 7'3", but with the XM antenna, etc, those extra two inches make me feel more comfy.

Pequod - A 2019 Ram Power Wagon Build

Small update - I was interested in regearing - so I had a casual conversation with some folks in the know. Apparently the 2019s have changed axle castings, the tube diameter is larger, and the pinion seal changed. No one knows (but suspects) if the carrier changed. More research to come, but...

How good can a full-size solid axle suspension be?

Im not an expert, but I trust guys who are... for my ram 2500 - I've been told 2.5s. The move to 3 inch shocks would push me into trusing my axle to see the benefit.

    2019 Power Wagon Build

Some jeeps have the "zf designed, dodge built" trannys, where ours are zf built and designed. Any part can fail... I just think we will see fewer going forward. And you can always send it to southern hotrod in kenner Louisiana for a beefy rebuild.
