You interested in selling the camera separately? I already have an Overlander.

    Meet Yeti - 2013 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X

Yeah I hope so. So much more electronic stuff that could fail. Both of my Cherokees were fairly "old school" when compared and between the 10 years total I had them, never once left me stranded. :) I do love the Locker bypass harness. Being able to use the locker in 2WD really makes using 4WD...

Yeah, totally get that. Been burnt on other projects of not getting an item, only to find out it's not available when I need it.

E350 Cutaway 4x4 w/ DIY Pop-Top Composite Camper Box (Build Thread)

That is looking great! Would you have any interest in renting out the install tool? I could see using this construction method but for a one time build, hard to justify the cost.

    Meet Yeti - 2013 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X

Thanks! Yeah, definitely happy with the 5100's in the rear. Been a fun vehicle and though aftermarket support isn't like Jeep or Toyota, there is everything I could want out there for it. Really wish I would have gotten back into the X-world sooner. Been a nice upgrade from our Cherokee...

Got my Christmas gift installed, new vent visors. Liked them on my old Cherokee and wanted them for the X. Without and installed.

    Meet Yeti - 2013 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X

Got out for a little day trip to do a little exploring and get shots with my drone. Happy with how the X is riding with the rear 5100's installed. Here's the video

What Clam Shell Style Campers Still Available

Yep, that is who/where I bought my original Kamparoo from. I happened to get one of the Australian built ones that had been traded in. It was nicer than the Canadian built ones, as it had the slide out kitchen and access door for the under bed area on the driver side. The current ones are not...

What Clam Shell Style Campers Still Available

but what I am seeing are not camping trailers, they are cargo trailers (i.e. snowmobiles).

What Clam Shell Style Campers Still Available

I know Cub Campers (who was the original Kamparoo) has what I want but only in Australia. https://cubcampers.com.au/range/2-2m-series/weekender/

    72 IH + ‘85 Alaskan = Questionable Judgment...

Bummer about the vent being plugged and the issues from it. You should be able to get a brass screen vent to put on the outside part of the line. Would allow it to vent but not let bugs in.

What Clam Shell Style Campers Still Available

Yeah, most everything I find in North America doesn't have standing room or if they do, they weigh a lot and are huge. Kamparoo was only 1500 lbs. loaded.

What Clam Shell Style Campers Still Available

Hi all, We used to own a Kamparoo clam shell style camper and overall enjoyed it. At one time Adventure Trailers (AT) used to build one and a few other company (many in Australia) but it seems they have gone away. We liked the small, closed footprint, lightweight and hard floor/full standing...

    Meet Yeti - 2013 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X

Just a quick update. After adding some gear and the roof items, even though the measurements showed the rear was at stock ride height, when driving I could feel the back bottom out on the new Timbern SES stops. The SES stops are longer than stock (as they are designed to engage when you put...

New 2023 TOPO2 Voyager Off Road Teardrop Trailer $56,670

Other than the A/C and RTT, this is exactly what I want! Oh... and the price. Looked at one of these in person and if anyone is on the fence, this is one of the best designed teardrops on the market.

Looking for shop recommendations to get existing flatbed modified/fabbed near San Deigo

I was just at Poptop Overland talking to them about their flatbeds. They have a shop that is doing those for them and can basically set it up anyway I wanted it. I would definitely talk to them.

    Lifts for 2500 Diesels

I doubt I would do that, unless I was doing a lot of extreme offroading and really wanted to tailor the spring rate, travel, etc. I would be more likely to go with a SAS kit and get rid of the IFS, if I was looking to remove the torsion bar setup. Biggest thing, get out and try what you have...
