My 2000 4runner. Linked, Locked, ADDICTED!

Panhard bracket mocked up. I have checked this with the coilover location and it should clear throughout the cycle. I will check it more before finish welding everything. Reamer for GM 1ton rod ends. TRE size difference between the GM 1 ton ends and the FJ80 ends.

FROR Tcase mount. This will tie into a new removable crossmember. I had to notch the right side for clearance on the tranny tunnel.

T100 oil pan went on today. Then I moved the front axle forward 1.75" and tested clearance with a tire installed. Its good by around an inch at the firewall and inner fenders. No issues there, but the front is going to require some trimming.

So, I was able to cycle the suspension. The up travel is going to be a lot less than this after its all said and done. The plan to have around 5-6" of up travel. This is easily 8-9" and everything still clears. Yes, I know there is no panhard yet either. But, it gives me some clarity on where...

A look at the stance from the front. One thing that I will have to do is move the lower link brackets about 1" closer to center line. The tires rub the links at full turn as they sit right now. I checked it with the numbers and its only a marginal difference in my roll axis #'s.

Here is the roof rack. It was dirt cheap. But, it will do its job. Its not too tall or too wide, so it should work well on the tight trails

Figured I would post up. I'm Scott. I own a small fab shop in Northern CO where we specialize in Toyota based builds and turn key rigs. This is my personal rig. Its been a 7 month process to get to this point, but its been worth it. The plan for the build was to create a somewhat "do-it-all"...

    3rd Row seats

I guess when it sits outside in a Jeep it may have issues being exposed to the elements. I seriously doubt you will ever have that issue inside a vehicle though. It should last just as long as any other seat.

Expedition/Camping trailer for sale - CO

I built this trailer last year and have decided I want a tent trailer for the family. Basically, its a small camping/military style trailer built from scratch. Slightly smaller than an M416 or M100 or Canadian M101. Box at the top is 48"x48". Perfect for a RTT. It has a VIN and CO title with a...
