I'm planning on 550hp on my van and plan on adding a 6.0 intercooler, and doing the lower alternator mount like Chris has done. Fuel bowl delete, and a custom t4 mount turbo with stainless intercooler piping. It can be done, from what everyone else has said, not an easy job.

When installing Warn hubs, do I need to put all that stuff back on the axle first? Like the large hex washer / fiber washer / circlip? Or just install them without all that stuff? I'm asking on here in case anyone else was asking too. You know, Google indexing.

Especially on a van with 365k on the clock. The more I work on this van, the more "shortcuts" I find that someone has taken in the past. Wheels showed up today. After lots of thinking, and researching, I'm going with BFG KO2's 285x70R17E (33x11.50).
