    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

Not this time. We have good stuff like that nearby. But I think riding season is officially over. Time for skiing! A couple more from a Killboy:

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

I'm dropping it off at a shop in the morning. Today was the best day for Deal's Gap. And probably the last day of the year. The van's butt is sagging, still a good pic tho. Fat man on a motorbike:

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

I can't get loose the bolts that hold the springs on. I've tried everything even a breaker bar with a floor jack. I only have the mid torque impact wrench, not the big one. And on my sloped driveway, it's real sketchy using a jack stand to hole the van up when lowering the axle. Any...

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

Today I have finished everything I can finish. I did the rear shocks, which I don't wish that job on my worst enemy. And installed the front sway bar. I got some new (used) springs today. Mine were clapped out. Thanks for the springs, you know who you are. I can't get the old ones off, so I'm...

    Allignment shop for lifted van?

I took mine to a shop that does mostly commercial stuff too. They were fast (same day) and cheap! $73 out the door. AND they had a UJOR van of their own. Drives like a dream now.,

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

Thanks! I still have to install the shocks / sway bar / and the extra leaf. I'm gonna send it off to alignment tomorrow hopefully. I'm spraying the top half of the van green. It's so much nicer that all the pile of parts are on the van. My wife is happy too! And here she is boys. I still...

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

Thanks. Long way to go, but it's getting there. Today I installed the axles / seals / Warn locking hubs / bled brakes / tie rods / steering arm. I still need to install the shocks and sway bar. Either way, she's sitting on her own tires. Talk about a lot of work. UJOR doesn't charge enough...

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

After a lot of cursing, yelling, spitting, it's finally in! Leaf springs on: Holy crap: Still LOTS to do, but over the hill.

I'm afraid of that. Milwaukee makes a M12 right angle saw I'm gonna try. I'm almost there!

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

I thought that the radius arm brackets unbolted from the inside. I was wrong. I cut one head off a bolt and still needed to get it out. My solution, weld another bolt to it. The carnage: Not sure what's going on, haven't used my plasma since I've moved here. But I don't think we have...

I thought the nuts on the inside came off. I guess thy're permanently attached. I'm an idiot. Should have read instructions. Thanks. Carry on. Fixed: Axle going in tomorrow morning:

Any suggestions on getting off the radius arm bracket bolts, before I get the plasma to it?

    2000 Ford 7.3L Motovan build (225's build cont'd)

I cant for the life of me get the radius arm bolts off. They don't seem rusted or anything. And on the passenger side, the exhaust is in the way, so I'll have to pull that off. I'm going to try a propane torch. Worst case they will get the plasma cutter treatment. I also got the ball joints...
