Or just wait for a used one... I've seen very well equipped AT habitats around 8-10k range... but yeah at that price point you can get sink water heater bed etc etc etc pretty much drop in camper and call it a day that is if you're ok hauling 1200 lbs or so :)

Or the right person has not seen the post yet :) If I had the spot I would have totally sold it for $2500 that's easy money. I'm seriously considering maybe gambling on that and booking a few spots with intend to sell ... but than if I don't sell the spot it would suck since I don't really...

but what kind of price do they average at? I guess the welded construction is more pleasing and offers that "finished" look I've mentioned.

it seems a bit raw and unfinished compared to companies like vagabond or habitat from AT, what is the price on these and do they come shell only or have options with full build outs. I looked at the official page but couldn't find much info on prices and specs.

I spoke with a local dealer and there was 0 negotiation available.... even if paid all cash so... with what you have there at $10K is pretty dang good deal considering it's all functional and not abused like it looks like from the photos.

Looking for good condition power tank preferably with regulator, house, brackets etc... PM me if you have one for sale or perhaps seen one for a good price, I've seen a few sold for $180-250 range here and Tacoma world.
