    Tips for stuck fuel filter?

Did you buy the lines in length and add fittings or was there a kit? I'm all for replacing the lines too if I can.

    Tips for stuck fuel filter?

My fuel filter is stuck on pretty good, I've tried wire brushing the threads/bolts, soaking it with PB Blaster, using wrenches, flare nut wrenches, crow foot wrenches on a ratchet, socket on the top bolt, etc. It just starts rounding the nut/bolt off and flexing the lines, starting to twist and...

    Pajero Mk2 SWB MIVEC Build

Doing a little mechanical work will be a nice break for the brain, I've always found wiring to be pretty overwhelming. I actually wanted to put a 4cylinder in my 97 SR mainly for simplicity. I hate working on V6's, especially the 6G's, and parts/spares availability are a lot better locally with...

    Pajero Mk2 SWB MIVEC Build

500+ hours of wiring is enough to contemplate leaving this world behind. How difficult do you figure swapping a 4g69 into an SR would be? I see them all the time at the junkyard.

    Gen 2 replacement flare trim

I found some replacement flare trim that's a pretty good match for OEM, not sure if you can buy this from mitsubishi, curious if anyone has tried. If you search "t-style flare trim" on ebay you will find it. Picture for reference, gold is old, black is the new stuff.

    Reached 300,000 miles...

That's awesome, how many miles were on it when you bought it? Also, what kind of digital readout is that? I kinda like it more than a scangauge

Changing COG with Spare Tire Carrier on Montero Sport

You would probably be better off getting lower offset wheels rather than running spacers.

CAUTION/AVOID Adventure Driven Designs in AZ

Calm down boys, na3s obviously needed to vent a little. Hopefully mark's fulfills his order promptly, and hopefully ADD takes note and makes any adjustments needed. No need to get riled up.

That looks really good, I like how you used the space between the wheel spokes for the mounting tabs. I didn't have the clearance for that unfortunately.

Thanks! Yeah, it's a V shaped plate with 3 holes that the spare bolts go through. I just got 5x fj cruiser steel wheels, so I will probably end up cutting the tube and adjusting the length to the new spare. Did you make the mount for your gen3? Im curious to see how it's designed.

I got tired of having my fuel inside the vehicle and welded up a spare tire jerrycan mount out of some scrap plate and tube.

    Brake proportioning valve

Has anyone adjusted or inspected their rear brake proportioning valve before? I was checking mine today as I was under the montero and the lever arm doesn't move at all, even if I pry on it with a bar. Is it probably seized up or is it normal to have no movement? I can't see how the spring would...
