So is the rebuilt cylinder head an old 0331, TUPY 0331, or one of the aftermarket options? Guessing not the latter since you said OEM. Love me a red XJ. The whole being 3,000 miles away is a bit problematic though. GLWS.

Who tuned it/how (MegaSquirt/SCT/B&G, etc)? SCT or some type of handheld included or was PCM shipped out to be re-flashed? Is it running both closed and open loop? I feel like some folks have tuned these to run permanently in closed loop, which would pose several more questions, mainly can it...

The "new" XJ after ~ 10 hours of elbow grease, probably another 4 to go before rehab is complete. Lived in the Raleigh, NC area all its life, its lack of rust rivals any 100k mile CA Jeep. It was specifically ordered for a customer when new: Classic package, UpCountry suspension/skids...

I don't know exactly what you're looking at but are you sure it really warrants a re-spray? I ask as I just spent about 10 hours working on my latest XJ's paint. It's not quite to the level where I want it to be but I'm getting there. Next up is to bring all trim and rubber back to life as much...

Do you have anymore pics readily available? Interested foremost in condition of the body and unibody, looking for any type of rust present in door seams or floorpans. And then condition of the interior. NP321? I don't think I see the Selec-Trac option on the window sticker.

Price?

I was asking for informational purposes, I'm not a buyer. Just a perennial tirekicker. I just find it interesting to see how dealers price and move cars.

So by my math, that's about $3k under invoice on a JLUR variant. That certainly would be a deal. I figured $1-$1,5k under invoice was about the best that could currently be done (a la Jimbo's deal).

Anybody actually buying these yet besides Jimbo? I can get an ordered unit built to my liking at invoice all day long, but curious what people are actually making deals at.
