I don't think there is room for both, the cut out for the AC is the 14"s that you would need for a typical vent. You could add this smaller fan that pops up from MaxxFan. Not sure how to run the wires back to the panel.

Looks great, we've been all over the country in our '16 Frontier. It's a great reliable truck, try Nisstec for skids, bumpers, lifts, etc. We have ours lifted about 3 inches. Just sold the AT habitat and got a small aluminum trailer. Only issue we have ever had (this is our second Frontier)...
