Nights 3-7 here in Gifford Washington. Parked overlooking the Columbia River just a 2 minute bike ride down the road to the beach. AC has been a life saver with 100-105 temps until sundown. Freezer took a bad turn on day 7, new one is already on the way from the manufacturer. Had an issues with...

Yes it does take the pressure off. I use the handbrake and chalks along with a jockey wheel platform to get it locked in when setting up and parking i matter the surface. Then I level with the ground supports on the rear. The suspension keeps it very level side to side.

No leaks in the camper, it was where the supply line connected to the pump. Just a slight drip but wanted to fix it before we leave. The diesel heater uses very little fuel. We spent 3 days at full blast 75% of the time and never ran out. Only need an extra 2 gallon can for the heater to be out...

Trying to figure out which trailer to buy - Family of 4

I am sure they are having some issues. I like the people behind the company, will be buying the owner's avionics for a STOL build I am planning. I have seen how they grew Dynon Avionics from experimental aircraft to a leader in certified avionics and have no doubt they will put the same work...

Teton has really good customer service. I bought a D035 hitch from then and they were very good to work with. Answered questions and followed up when parts shipped.

https://mammothoverland.com/ Have you considered Mamoth Overland out of Washington. I have not seen one in person, but they are very well built and spec's for what you express you need. Compnay is not going anywhere as the owner is well funded as he owns a top aviation avionics company called...

    Chinese Trailer - NJStar Explorer

I would not remove the table on my rig, but you could special order it so you could remove it easy. We put the table down and put the bikes on top of that area. It can hold the weight. Wheels on is a whole other story. You can get them to mount a rack where the front box usually goes to fit 2...

Had to use my warranty this week. Had a crack in a hose from the diesel tank to the fuel pump and a strap that was worn as well. I also needed a new attachment bracket for the handbrake to install a D035 hitch. All parts were confirmed with photos and will be here by Friday. No issues with...

    Chinese Trailer - NJStar Explorer

As I have said to you previously, I don't take any of this personally. You have been critical from the jump trying to pick apart every piece of it. And I have done my best to answer your questions without getting defensive. We all have a different mission for our rigs. Your's fits your own...

Opus, MCD, Black Series, Patriot Overland, Down Under trailers. Most Australian manufacturers are sourcing directly from China as the closest source, that's what you can get an unbranded Conqueror uev 14 from their kit manufacturer.

A truma system would have cost 1000 more, we didn't need it. Frame is a lifetime warranty. Structure is 15 years warranty. I am not sure how you come up with 20k. I am not claiming it's better than all, but a boat load better than the frp boxes most produce here for 3x the price. Before duties...

Offroading in north’s. California with a trailer

Yeah the turnarounds are slim in the sierra. I know those areas, most overland rigs can make it there. The UEV 14 likely would be totally fine or the NJSTAR I bought. I would try for under 10 ft tall and shorter than 20 ft total length of the trailer. You will want something that tracks close.

No need to upgrade the electronics, they are spec'd for lithium, both the charger controller and the solar controller. We haven't had a need for the generator yet, but have it if needed.
