Thanks for the information, that is good to know they are at least thinking about it. I feel like it would be a popular option. As far as the limited numbers of owner that would buy it, depending on weight the rubicons payload limits it, I wonder how much more weight they could drop.

Yes I see the interest in other style of campers being beneficial for most people. Myself as well. But can’t help but think about how it would work. I believe the four wheel camper 5 foot shell model starts out around 935lbs without any options, so considering 1600 lb payload it should work...

I read there will be a charging and saving mode available as well While driving, so switching between hybrid and these modes could increase the range as well!

Another thing I read was all 4xe models will come with Dana 44s front and rear. Kinda like max tow package for gladiator sport. Good way to get the beefier axles without splurging for a rubicon.

X2 for Capri, you can choose all your options plus if you want something unique they will work with you. There was one for sale in Bozeman recently with an extended overhead, so north south sleeping would be possible.

One take away I take from this though is you can put aftermarket parts towards a lower level truck and end up with a nicer truck than some of the higher level trucks. Seats for example I believe are way nicer aftermarket. If you save $10,000 on a truck you can build up with aftermarket exactly...
