Killer set up! Is the Roost going to serve double duty on top of the Defender too? I love the fact that this RTT can also be used as a cargo box, it greatly expands the usefulness. How hard is it to convert to storage mode?

Thanks 77blazerchalet! I think looking through those classifieds gave me enough reassurance to go ahead and buy the Chinook. I am going to pick it up today. I think I am getting a pretty good deal, but I know there is always risk with 30+ year old vehicles.

Are there any updates on your Chinook? I went and looked at it when it was just posted locally and then I posted it in the classifieds section here on ExPo. By the time I finally decided to buy it you snatched it up already :-)

I went and looked at it and owner said that it was converted to 4wd in California, so it is likely it is a Wolverine conversion. I really want to get it, but I probably need to buy a daily driver first.
