UPDATE So far, ripped out the old ply. Replaced with top quality exterior grade, sealed with epoxy paint top coated with oil enamel. Think we'll be changing the color to Dark Gray instead of the brown. Will be building a top to make it dry interior, bikes on the top and fire wood, camping fun...

I just bought some luxury thermarest and will be trying them out soon. I was impressed with the fact that they get close to 3" of inflation. They are light and I doubled up on two larges to get close to a double mattress size. Lifetime warranty, I am also using a Thermarest that I bought about...
