I’d love to see some pics. DM me if needed. I’m thinking with a little spacing, some snubbers, and a little off set to the drivers side, I might be able to fit a 37.
I’d really like to put to bed the questions of weight and tire size.
How much does the canopy camper weigh before any add-on?
Can the rear door handle a 35/37 and still open to 90deg?
Is anyone running the Dual EVO 6? I like that it is both a Water Heater and Air Heater.
The Webasto Dual Top Evo 6 uses just one fuel source for total comfort. It both heats up the cabin and provides hot domestic water. The entire unit fits under the vehicle chassis, saving precious space...
Oh well, there is the Alu-Cab Canopy Camper, Super Pacific, GoFast.....etc. It's always nice to have more options, but I don't blame them for streamlining.
Cost will probably be inline with the diesel. Most likely the same transmission as the diesel.
Mileage will probably be better or same as the 3.6 but with more power. But, let's be honest, it will be hard to keep your foot out of it for the first 10yrs of ownership.
I don't think there is any lift that will work great for both laden and unladen use.
I'm trying to figure out what is great for daily driving unladen and see if airlift bags in the coils can make up the difference for loaded up Offroad use.
