It definitely is a nicer build than you'll see in most ambo's.
The issue is that at Overland Expo a couple weeks ago, you could buy a brand new turnkey, fully built, with inside shower, AWD van for $100k.
This is a pretty savvy and experienced crowd on this forum.
There are a bunch out there, and some, like the Batwing look to be a bit fragile. I'm a magnet for really bad weather when camping so I'd like to find something really rugged.

One thing about the Topo Topper offers that AT Overland doesn't offer - the actual product. IE, you can get one. In 2-3 months. Compared to a year or so for the AT Summit.
If I could get a Summit in a reasonable time, I'd buy a truck for it right now and get the AT going. But I'm not interested...
