Nice build. I really dig the ARB skids and didn't know there was an application for the 4Runner. Mid-level protection at a great price...I was looking at the Shrockworks skids but they are much more expensive. Over $1200. perhaps the ARB's are the way to go. How have they held up for you?
I saved some major coin buying this truck used, but unfortunately I don't have the benefit of a full build history. I've been told it is a Crozhawk build. I think he is active on the Toyota120 forums. I will post some close up pics soon.
Jeep's are great too. If I had the resources I'd have different rig for each day of the week.
I'm excited for the KM2's. I really liked the way the tall & skinny KM2's performed at the VOT event. The trucks running them made everything look graceful and easy. The 255 80 17 tire is about as...

^^^Not my spare! I gave it away to get my friend and his 1997 Land Cruiser home...:victory:
I am a fan of expedition portal. I'm using this thread to document my dedicated stewardship of a 2004 Toyota 4Runner Sport Edition (V6). It's my hope that you, the reader...
Please let me know if you would be willing to part out your BajaRack. I'm looking for one second hand for my 2004 4Runner SE. Beautiful truck and GLWS. Have interest in the Downey Skid as well.
Are you willing to part out the roof rack and ARB awning/mosquito net? I don't really need the lights on the rack but would take them if you didn't want the hassle of selling separately.
I used to own a white 1997 4Runner just like that sans the leather and factory e-locker. It was a great vehicle and every now and then I miss it quite a bit. Extremely capable off road! How many miles? GLWS.
Count me in. I'm looking for a teammate as well. I'll have a friend with me flying in from Colorado. Here's a picture of my truck as it sits today. I'll do my best to grow a solid 'stache... :-)
